Vigil runs in the background and probes 13 endpoints every 2.5 seconds: public DNS, Teams/Zoom/Outlook over TCP, STUN servers, and your local gateway. Outages are detected live (3+ consecutive failures), aggregated to tiers (raw / 1-min / 5-min / 1-hour), and exported as HTML, CSV, or JSON reports — proof you can attach to a support ticket or send to building management.
